In this all levels online class, join in community to come back into your body. We will explore movement and breath with the intention of supporting the nervous system and promoting grounding, centering and resourcing.

Our time together will include:
• Somatic explorations
• Yoga postures
• Mindfulness practice
Each class will be uniquely designed for the needs of the participants. Options will be also be provided for you to shape the practice to best support your nervous system.

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to connect with me regarding any asks you have for the practice. I will also be available for questions for 10 - 15 minutes after class.

With all the changes in recent months, a lot is being asked of us and how we show up for our clients. This group is an opportunity to connect with other mental health care providers, soothe your nervous system and practice showing up for yourself.
Each session will offer tools for soothing the nervous system, including gentle movement, breath practice, mindfulness, meditation and other somatic tools. There will also be time for individual check-ins and personal reflection.
When: First Sunday of every month | 4:30 - 6PST
Cost per session: Sliding scale, $1 - 30
