This class provides an opportunity for both gentle movement and deep rest. Practice begins with slow, flowing poses to mobilize the joints and move the body with the breath.  Class continues with restorative poses that utilize props to fully support the body and nourish the nervous system. Mindfulness and breath practices are threaded throughout practice. All bodies and levels welcome.
